The BWM1216W Washing Machine has 14 programmes including, delicate wash, wool wash and pre-wash which are designed to make washing your clothes easier and more efficiently. The BWM1216W also has a LED display, which allows easy management of wash programmes and the machine itself. To offer peace of mind the Baumatic BWM1216W washing machine also comes with a 2 year warranty. It also covers new for old replacement, unlimited repairs and no hidden charges or excess to pay. In the unlikely event of requiring service, trained engineers call directly to your home and service your appliance back to fitness. Small appliances are replaced, or repaired and returned.

Service Options

As part of it's commitment to the environment and contributing to a greener planet, mychoice provides a recycling service. When ordering your replacement product you may choose to have your old appliance taken away and recycled in an environmentally friendly way as laid down by the Government in the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment regulations (WEEE). Simply select the option when presented and leave the rest to mychoice.

Delivery information

Delivery Information

mychoice deliver absolutely free, although there are some minor exceptions (for example the Highlands of Scotland and Northern Ireland).  For more details please refer to the section entitled "Delivery Information" at the bottom of this website. Please note on receipt of your order a member of our team will contact you to take the additional payment. 

Orders for large appliances are delivered direct to your chosen address by mychoice' two-man crew. This address can be different to the address where your payment card is registered. Small appliances will be sent using a courier service. Personal attention from the dedicated and trained staff ensures that proper care is taken at every stage of the delivery process.

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation immediately followed by delivery details normally within 24 hours. For delivery of large appliances a text message is normally sent the night before, and a phone call on the day of delivery to advise the expected delivery time slot for arrival. Items will be delivered to the room of choice (on the ground floor), and upon request will be unpacked and packaging disposed of. This service is not available for small appliances or where a courier service is used.

Delivery is usually within 5 - 7 working days although deliveries during the Christmas & New Year bank holiday periods may take slightly longer, as do deliveries to the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man.
