What methods of payment can I use?

Answer - We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta and switch. We also accept payment by cheque or bank transfer.

Will you remove my old appliance?

Answer - We can remove your old laundry, built-in appliance or cooker if you request this when you place your order There is a small charge for this service. Please note that we can only remove old products if they have been disconnected and are externally clean and free from water, in addition, built-in products must be removed from their housing units.

Gas cookers must only be disconnected and we recommend this is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

We are able to remove refrigeration products if you request this when placing your order. There is a slightly higher charge for this service as we ensure the safe removal of all gases etc prior to recycling. Please note that we can only remove your old refrigeration appliance if it has been disconnected, defrosted and is externally clean and free from water.

How long will my delivery take?

Answer - The time taken for delivery is up to you, normally in-stock products can be delivered within a few days. We will E-mail you with the earliest delivery date or if this is not convenient just speak to our customer care team who will re-arrange a more suitable date for you.

How do you keep your prices so low?

Answer - We buy all our products directly from the leading manufacturers in large quantities, therefore reducing the cost. These savings are passed directly on to our customers ensuring the best possible price on all products.

I cannot find the product I want on the website, can you get it for me?

Can I have my product delivered to a different address?

Answer - You can tell us of a different delivery address at the time of order. Please remember to let us know of any access problems with the delivery address such as a narrow road leading to the property or a flight of steps.

Is the website secure to put my credit card details on?

Answer - We understand the importance of security when entering your credit card details on the Internet.We use secure server software with EV technology which encrypts all your personal information and prevents it from being accessed by any third party. We also use 3D secure via your Visa or Mastercard that requires you to input a password before the sale completes.
