*mychoice hopes that you will be delighted with your products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can cancel and return your order up to seven working days from the day of delivery.

No fuss or quibble, you don’t even need to say why you’ve changed your mind. All that is required is details of the cancellation in a durable format via the mychoice ‘customer contact form’ or by E-mail

The goods must be unused & include all components, accessories, manuals and complete with all original packaging to avoid a re-stocking fee being charged. This returns policy does not apply to special orders. Please make arrangements to return the goods to a mychoice warehouse. You will need to arrange for the goods back to us at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have decided to return the goods; - You will be advised of the address of your local mychoice depot by return E-mail. If you prefer mychoice can provide a quote to arrange collection upon request. 

Damaged goods

Should an item arrive damaged, please inform mychoice within three-days of delivery via our ‘customer contact form’; or by E-mail You may also call our 24 Hour/365 Call Centre on 01442 502 460. However you must confirm the same in writing as set out in this section.

mychoice will make arrangements to uplift and replace the part/s or the complete item. If you decide that you do not want the part(s)/item(s) replaced, mychoice will issue a refund once the goods have been collected and received back in their original packaging.
